About Me

My name is Jib Kiattinant. It’s so nice to meet you!

With a background in UX/UI Design and UX Research, I bring a distinctive perspective shaped by my experience in clinical research and administration. During my tenure at an educational nonprofit over the past few years, I uncovered a profound passion for connecting and empathizing with individuals, and truly comprehending their needs. My initial work entailed direct interactions with patients, affording me invaluable firsthand insights into the transformative impact that gathering patient feedback can have on enhancing outcomes.

This early exposure paved the way for my introduction to the field of UX through a colleague, who graciously allowed me to shadow her on various projects. I was immediately captivated by the process of translating abstract problems into tangible solutions. Much like my initial draw to clinical research, I found myself gravitating towards the UX realm due to its profound potential to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. I firmly believe that empathy is the cornerstone of creating effective solutions that simplify and improve people's experiences, and I am excited to leverage my skills in crafting those impactful solutions.
